Hotel Marjan
For the reconstruction of Hotel Marjan in Split, designed by 3LHD, TDC supplies four-pipe Katherm HK trench fan coils with black anodised aluminium grilles, valves, condensate pumps and KaControl with KNX integration. Some units and trenches use project-specific dimensions. Installation is in progress.

Hotel Keight
For Hotel Keight in Opatija, Curio Collection by Hilton, TDC supplied four-pipe Katherm HK units in 2023 for the lobby and restaurant, with valve equipment, filters, KaControl C1 and Modbus cards for central monitoring. Architecture: 3LHD. Building services: B.E.S.T. projekt – Damir Žaja and Milena Lončar. Main contractor: Kamgrad.

Radisson Blu Resort & Spa
TDC supplied Venkon fan coils for heating and cooling at the hotel in Split, with BRASS as the original equipment purchaser and project partner. Support continues through technical documentation, identification and supply of original spare parts for the existing Venkon EC units. Extension architecture and interiors: Atelier Heiss; extension contractor: Tekton Construction.
